This is Essie’s Turquoise & Caicos polish from the Resort Collection Released this year.  Very similar to For Audrey by China Glaze (I own), just a tad darker; more robin’s egg blue IMO.

This is what I wore today, top is from Forever21 (I don’t remember the price) & the skinny grey jeans are from Levi.
