On Friday, March 26th, I went to the Tribeca Retail Club Fashion Night Out at Chacala a Secret Spot. Several booths were setup, consisting mostly of accessory designers, two clothing booths, and one makeup station (Yagolicious). The event was free, however, $15 VIP tickets were available for purchase on-line, which entitled you to a goody bag, and open bar.
This event was similar to Shecky’s Nights Out. I think this was a pretty cool event, and is something that will definitely “pop-off” in the upcoming years. It’s great for up & coming designers who would like to get the word out about their products. I just wish there was a larger variety of vendors. Like I said before, it was mostly jewelry designers.
I ended up purchased a fly pair of shades from Accessory Remix. These shades have been worn by people like Teyana Taylor. They’re pretty cool since you can wear the chain on the shades sans shades. I can’t wait to take them to the beach!

Yesterday was one of my best friends birthday parties – the one I asked you guys to help me pick an outfit for in this post last week. It took place at the Gansevoort Hotel’s Rooftop. It was nice. All of us who came out looked great! Here are a few pictures from last night. I ended up wearing the jumpsuit since it was so cold here in New York City.
