February is the time of the year where most of clients are itching for some color or a new cut. I challenge you to take some time to decide how you will whip your hair for Feb 14. If you are like most Americans-you are either Pro –Valentine’s Day or think that it is Cliché’ and a “manufactured” holiday with cheesy gifts. For me, when I am in a relationship, it is the perfect excuse to get a new outfit, some fresh lashes, and of course,  that would not do justice if we did not get our hair done.

Valntine's day hair tips Bob

Here are three tips to get your hair Valentine’s Day Ready:

1. Depending on your location & weather- Check the weather-there is nothing worse than getting a fresh blowout & style and having humidity or inclement weather converting your hair back into a fro-Natural ladies-you guys feel me right. Trust me-I will never forget the time that I was on a date and could literally feel my roots swelling after getting my hair done.

2. Sexy bobs are in. There is nothing sexier than surprising your boo with a Fresh new playful yet sexy bob. There are so many different variations that you could experiment with this style. If you really want to amp up the sexy-go red!

3. Pull out all the stops with a sexy updo. This is a classic and elegant style with a touch of flair. You can never go wrong with this style. Keep it simple and ensure that you tame flyaways. There is nothing worse than an unkempt updo. Take your time and ensure that it is nice.

Regardless of where you are on Valentine’s Day, or who you share it with-remember that the most important love is self-love.
