The winner must reside in one of the 5 boroughs
Must be 18 yrs. or older
Family and friends of Janique or Kim are not eligible for entry.
Winner must agree to have before and after photographs taken.
Winner has the option of choosing the day she would like their makeover: Feb 9, Feb 10, Feb 16, Feb 17
*Winner may use her own wardrobe or have a budget set aside for personal shopping for an outfit for the makeover.
*Winner may use her own makeup or the makeup artist will use their kit.
*Winner agrees her response, likeness, and photos may be used on FABulously Chic social networks, print, and promo items.
