Here’s my face of the day from Christmas Day.  I used the Stila Natural Finish Oil-Free Foundation & MAC Ruby Woo.  I kept it really simple for Christmas day. Red can dress up any look, which is why I chose MAC Ruby Woo lipstick.  It’s been my favorite red lipstick all-year.

Stila Natural Finish Oil-Free Foundation

I purchased the  Stila Natural Finish Oil-Free Foundation from Hautelook.com.  They had it on sale for I think $15 and I had a credit, so I wound up with only paying the shipping.  The foundation arrived on Christmas eve.  I used it that day, as well as for the look above.  Would you believe that the freaking bottle broke 🙁 after only using it twice?!?  I was loving this foundation.  It gave a nice, natural finish.  I didn’t get oily.  It matched my skin perfectly!  My sister said I looked airbrushed.  I’m going to repurchase it.  It’s on sale on the Stila website for $19 so I will re-purchase it.

  1. I've heard so many people lately talking about how great this product is! It must be a good one. Did the bottle just fall on the floor? You should contact the company. I wonder if they are willing to replace it. As many times makeup artists move around and juggle more than one product at once you think they would build these bottles in better containers that are durable in case they get knocked over or fall. Nice review! Great picture of the Porter girls.

    • Yes, it's great! Stila will not replace it since I did not directly purchase it from them. I did get a refund. It's on-sale so I will just repurchase. I agree, the packaging sucks. It's a consumer product so that's prob why

  2. Hi Kim, just wondering what color did you purchase in the foundation and what color are you in Mac? I checked the website and saw it under the "phase out favorites" after searching for an eternity! I added my blog so please stop by and let me know.

    • I am 'K' honestly, I can't really compare it to mac shades. Their shade ranges vary from product to product. In Face & Body I am C7, NC 45 in studio fix powder, nc 50 in the summer. I don't really use their foundations. I haven't been a fan of them. I love their concealers though

    • Thank you! I'm done with the OCC Tint. This is my new fave. It doesn't even feel like you have on foundation. I like the texture, and feel of the FitMe, but it is way too dark for me. I look like I have a bad tan. lol Try to purchase this because it is being phased out. I just ordered another 'K' and 'I' to use as a highlight.
