Oh… you can apply concealer on top of tined moisturizer? Thought you had to do it the opposite way for blending purposes. Or does it matter?

You can use tinted moisturizer over concealer sine tinted moisturizer is a moisturizer, and doesn't full cover blemishes. It's not like a medium – full coverage foundation where it'd cover everything. When using a tinted moisturizer, you need to use a concealer the color of your skin to cover blemishes. Use a 224 blending brush.
