This is a question I get asked often. I do have some MAC brushes, however, the majority of my brushes are Sigma Makeup Brushes. When I first began building my kit these were recommended to me based on the quality (very similar to MAC), and the affordability of them.

Synthetic Face Kit ($42) This is a set that I am waiting to try. I wonder how it compares to MAC 130 brush, which I use to flawlessly apply my foundation, and other liquid/cream products.
The brushes in this collection feature exclusive Sigmax filament, specially designed to apply powder and liquid products without absorption into the fibers. The shape, density and height of the filaments were carefully engineered to perfectly buff products onto the skin, resulting in a high definition effect.

I adore Sigma brushes as well! They are so worth the money and are in my opinion great quality. The Sigmax Synthetic Brush kit is a very good kit.I have and love the MAC 130 brush and these aren't totally similar or comparable. these synthetic brushes are more dense and bigger. I love the f82 brush for really getting into small areas of the face like the 130. I like the f80 for powder and the f84 for contouring it applies blushes to heavy if you ask me, That's just my 2 cent but I think you would like them a lot
Ooh thank you for the insight lol That was great. You are such an enabler. I want them MORE now.
I use Avon, Mac, Sigma, Elf, Target Studio Tools and The Body shop brushes. I have 2 Sigma brushes and I love both of them. I have the flat top kabuki which is in the synthetic face kit that you're going to buy. I love it! It really has replaced all my foundation (190 & 187) brushes. Light coverage and great for blending plus you can use it to apply all types of foundation including powder and blushes. I think you'll be pleased 🙂
I'm sold
The 3 Sigmax brushes are my favorite of all brushes. As for the other brushes I prefer my Mac ones. But some of the Sigma brushes are good quality for the price.
